Bottom Line – A known entity serving some unique offerings. It has a nice building with huge outdoor space and a great view, and a bit of sprawl.

New Belgium is obviously not originally from Asheville, but the brewery there is really cool. They have some really interesting beers that you wouldn’t normally find from new Belgium and I thought I tried was good. The menu was pretty sizable though they don’t hit all of the styles. They don’t have a kitchen, but it looks like they frequently have food trucks. It was raining so we didn’t bother going outside to try anything. The property is really pretty, nestled on the other side of the river at an elevation, which is a great view. Probably one of the better views I saw at any in Asheville. Location isn’t bad either since it’s right off the road that goes across the river and leads into downtown. They have flights, but they want you to just do the predetermined flights. However, our bartender was super nice and just let us do whatever we wanted. Maybe because we were drenched in rain. I will take it. Pricing was about on par with everything else. Overall, I really liked being there and will likely go back next time.
