Summary

Bottom Line – A fine brewery in an unexpected place with surprisingly good sandwiches

Pomona is a decent size brewery in a town I wasn’t expecting to find one. We had flown into the airport and wanted lunch before driving to Telluride. We decided to stop here and I was pleasantly surprised. They had a decent size menu with some various styles. The place was nice and clean with a small outdoor space. Offering assorted sandwiches, the food was quite good. My wife’s tomato and mozzarella sandwich was really good. The beers were fine, though there was one of the IPAs I thought had a little bit of Belgian flavor to it. Overall I didn’t think it was bad, and I may go back if I travel to Telluride again to get a beer and a sandwich before the drive.
