Summary

Bottom Line – If you think they churn out amazing TIPA and QIPA…well you’re right. But they do so much more in a huge taproom.

Located in Bedford (where I live), Turning Point is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth. For that reason, the location can be both good and bad. It’s not located particularly close to another brewery or a downtown, but it is convenient between major cities and there are 4 breweries within 15 minutes. However…they have a huge parking lot and a gigantic indoor space with TVs for the sports lovers, and assorted games too. Not much of an outdoor space unfortunately, but the beers are top notch. They have a massive menu covering lots of styles. They specialize in triple and quadruple IPAs, but they make great Lagers, Sours, and Stouts too. If you want to be tested in your ability to pace yourself while drinking beers, go to Turning Point. They are the kings of “these beers snuck up on me and now I shouldn’t drive”. They are pretty creative too, offering some unique things like Sportz which is an electrolyte infused beer. Service is always good and pricing is what you’d expect for the quality; so it is knowingly expensive. You get what you pay for. Ultimately, I tend to recommend Turning Point to family and friends visiting if they have time to be away from downtown Dallas or Fort Worth. You can always swing by my house.
