Bottom Line – No shocks here – stays true to being the “funky” arm of Wicked Weed. But the space is huge, nice, and convenient.

Wicked Weed has an interesting reputation from what I gathered. Regardless, I really enjoyed Funkatorium despite serving largely a style that isn’t my favorite. Their menu was big, but they focus on sours and wild ales. I tried a few things and was surprised at how much I enjoyed a few. The bartender was so nice; we talked for a while. We were there pretty late so we didn’t get a chance to try the food but we heard good things. They also have other stuff at the bar for the non-beer lovers. The space and location were the real differentiators. From the front you wouldn’t be able to tell how massive it is, and it’s not just big it’s beautiful. We will make a point to return during a busier time. I can’t believe we considered not going when planning our trip.
