Summary

Bottom Line – An OG that still makes good beer, but lacks a really interesting aspect to the brewery experience. A fine place to drink.

Wicked weed a little bit of a bad wrap from what I could see because they were one of the early to go big and mainstream. I still felt obligated to go in and see how it compared. The location is great, nestled between downtown and south slope. The place itself was pretty nice too, but it did seem to be filled with a crowd I would consider more bachelor or bachelorette party than serious beer drinkers. But, the place itself was pretty nice, pretty big, and had a nice outdoor courtyard. The beers I tried were both quite good and the menu was sizable, though I would say it was missing some of my favorite styles. They clearly have a full kitchen so you won’t go hungry. Bartender was friendly and quick too. There was nothing notable in a bad way or in a really good way at wicked weed. I wouldn’t mind going back, but there are so many other really good options.
