Summary

Bottom Line – Alleyway brewery with some solid beers but a smaller selection. Good size space with some character.

Saulter Street is located at the end of what I would describe as kind of an alleyway. We weren’t even sure we were going the right way, and the place looks pretty dark when we were walking up so we thought maybe it was closed. Turns out, they just aren’t allowed to serve beer outside past a certain time of day (according to the bartender). When we walked in the place was dead with just one other person, but a small group showed up. They didn’t have much on tap, but they did have some bottles. The two beers I tried were quite good but would love for options, obviously. I like the layout though. there’s plenty of space and they do have a TV, so we got to watch some Olympics. Bartender was really friendly and apologized we couldn’t be outside. It felt like a young brewery but when I looked online, it didn’t appear to be as young as I had thought. Ultimately, I will probably come back at a time when hopefully I can sit outside and there is more beer available.
