Bottom Line – A cool vibe and good beers served up in one of the most beautiful towns in the US

After going to Telluride brewery I was excited to see what another place had to offer. Stronghouse is well situated in Telluride, the downtown area isn’t huge so being there makes it very walkable. The space is pretty neat; has a very old timey vibe. There was a small outdoor patio down the steps too which looked like a great place to spend some time. They had a good beer selection with a lot of styles and food which smelled good. The beers were a mix of good and just ok, though I always appreciate a flight to sample across. The cold IPA was awesome. Really liked that. The stout I had I thought was less than average. But overall good beers. The let down was the service. I wont tell the whole story, but I’ll say it wasn’t busy and it was so slow that after a couple times it seemed intentional. Ultimately, I would go back to see if it was just a random one off.
