Summary

Bottom Line – Brewery that likes to experiment and has a wide variety of offerings. Vibe is cool looking like an old house. Definitely worth going.

Rorschach was the first brewery on our Day 2 East End leg. Due to it basically being a converted house, it had a certain charm when you walk up. There’s a decent size bar and a little dining room inside. A fine size front patio (i.e. the front yard) was good too, though it appeared they had a big covered patio area on the second floor didn’t see until walking away. The selection was decent, with varying styles, though medium size. Looked like they had pizza too and maybe some other food I didn’t see (they did have a dinning room). The beers were all good to very good and I tried more than half of the menu. It’s nice to travel with friends. Bartender was nice too. I’ll probably go back next time I visit because of the layout and vibe plus the good beer
